At 16 years old , my first real job was looking for new sites for fast food restaurants including Wendy's , Carl's Junior, and Round Table Pizza. I found several locations around the Bay Area which became top producers for these large Corporations. After Graduation From San Jose State University (Major in Business and a Concentration in Real Estate), I went to Hawaii, worked in a Title Company, managed a Highrise Building, and Developed a high rise Condominium Complex with Central Pacific Development Corporation. In 1981 with interest rates at 21%(!), the real estate market was dead and times were slim for Real Estate Brokers! Switching to leasing commercial space in San Francisco, I built a Commercial Real Estate Company, "Terra Firm", specializing in the sleeper South of Market Area, and managing seven Agents with Staff. For approx. 10 years I was involved with the lease and sale of a wide variety of commercial property. Warehouses, Office Buildings, Auto Garages, and Commercial Developments. Feeling a need for change, I moved my focus to selling homes here in Marin, where I live and enjoy being.
